Great Pyrennees
Livestock Guardian Dogs
In 2021 we bought our first Great Pyrennees females as livestock guardians, due to extreme coyote pressure here on the ranch. In March of 2022 we added a Great Pyrennees male and on November 1, 2023 one of our females, Penny, presented us with her first litter of pups. These dogs are fullblood Great Pyrennees, not papered. We wanted to be able to anticipate their personalities, hence we opted for full Pyrennees, not a cross breed. So far, we couldn't be happier. They are great with the sheep, goats, poultry and humans. We currently have four female puppies, 9 weeks old left to sell. They have had their first shots, been dewormed and checked over by our veterinarian.
